    Eyre and Far North Local Health Network is seeking a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse to join the Country Health Connect team as a Care Partner based in Port Lincoln.


    In this rewarding community-based role, you will support people receiving Support at Home and Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) services, helping them maintain independence, wellbeing and quality of life within their own homes and communities.
