Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Enhanced Clinical Practitioner (ECP) to join our team, seeing a variety of minor injury and illnesses presentations. Role includes, but not limited to:
Working as an Autonomous Practitioner using specialist skills and knowledge to independently provide healthcare to patients presenting with primary and urgent conditions.Provide consistent high standard, evidence based clinical intervention and decision making informed by local protocols and national guidelines.Being accountable for the total episode of care of the patient including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and/or referral and discharge.Work in accordance with the Trust Framework for Enhanced Practice in undertaking specialist skills in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for patients.Advise patients, their carers, and staff on the promotion of health and prevention of illness.
