Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Analog Design Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in non-volatile memory (NVM) design, including EEPROM, Flash, or emerging memories such as ReRAM. The candidate will contribute to the design and development of high-performance, reliable memory IPs for advanced applications, including automotive and industrial systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design
  • Strong experience in NVM technologies such as EEPROM, Flash, or ReRAM
  • Solid understanding of: Device physics and reliability (., breakdown, aging, retention) High-voltage analog design techniques
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools (., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, APS)
  • Experience with layout collaboration and parasitic-aware design
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
