English Speaking Online Account Manager

We are an online company selling beds, which we manufacture ourselves.
We sell primarily on eBay, Wayfair, Amazon, Temu and TikTok Shop.

We require an individual who has a good understanding of English communication to manage these accounts for us. We can provide training but you need to know how to be able to use a computer and speak/write/read English.

The chosen candidate will deal with customer questions, queries, complaints and use our flow processes to create solutions in a timely manner. We have indepth knowledge of our product which we will share with you and teach you how to address situations and customer queries. You will report directly to the managing director and work together to create good customer outcomes.

Alongside these duties, you will copy customer data over to our shipping platform and create shipping labels. Accuracy and a keen attention to detail is key in this area and you need to make sure the correct items are labelled for each ord...
