English Frontline Support Agent – Families and Caregiver Support

We are looking for a Frontline Support Agent (English proficiency B2) to join our team in Bogotá. This role focuses on providing support to families, parents, and caregivers through clear, empathetic, and professional communication.

Location: Bogotá – Torre Krystal (Carrera 7 #1). Salary: 2,900,000 COP per month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver frontline support to families and caregivers via telephone, chat, or email.
  • Maintain professional and empathetic communication while addressing client inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of interactions and follow-up actions.

Qualifications

  • B2 level of English proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple communication channels.
