Job Description

  • Prepare and teach English Courses according to materials in line with strategic goals of the College.
  • Collaborate with Director on English curriculum planning and development for the college
  • Manage students’ attendance in class.
  • Monitor and endeavor to maintain high student moral and motivation. Ensure students’ discipline.
  • Evaluate students in class and produce end-of-term marks and academic reports.

    • Requirements:

  • Be native speaker of English
  • Experience teaching ESL to adult would be an advantage
  • Ability to plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum
  • Qualification in English Language Teaching (CELTA or equivalent)
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work as a team member
  • Motivation, enthusiasm and reliability
