Summary You will serve as an ENGINEER/SCIENTIST in the Electromagnetic & Sensor Systems Department of NAVSURFWARCENDLD. Responsibilities You will serve as an NSWCDD/Navy Enterprise subject matter expert and technical lead for electromagnetic assessment activities in support of electromagnetic environmental effects (E3) requirements aboard US Navy ships and shore installations. You will serve as NSWCDD B55's Chief Engineer in support of all major programs, including electromagnetic pulse (EMP), radiation hazard (RADHAZ), and shipboard electromagnetic compatibility (SEMCIP) certification and improvement program. You will provide senior leadership, engineering expertise, strategic guidance, and oversight in support of electromagnetic environmental effects (E3) requirements and fleet operations impacted by B55 projects.
