Job Description

  • Underwrite and monitor all technical underwriting processes and acceptance of Engineering & Bond Line of Business.

  • Overall accountability for underwriting, renewal review and reporting activities that ensure full compliance with the company’s Guidelines, corporate governance and other related legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Review and analyze new risks/or renewal in particular ie. Referral cases and exceeding business unit acceptance limits including conducting renewal reviews.

  • Analyze, control and manage retention including accumulation control based on underlying guidelines.

  • Provide professional and technical advice, guidance and support for Business Units and Head Office personnel in all aspects of underwriting.

  • Full involvement and undertake all duties including project involvement and enhancement

  • Support Asst Manager and Manager in department related matters including planning and compliance adherence.<...
