We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Engineer to join our team for a one-year structured training program in a dynamic manufacturing and process development environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to various engineering functions, including process optimization, product development, equipment troubleshooting, and quality improvement initiatives. The Apprentice Engineer will work closely with experienced engineers/technicians and cross functional teams to gain practical skills in production processes, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. Throughout the program, the apprentice will be involved in machine and tooling maintenance, participate in technical problem-solving, and contribute to process enhancement activities to meet production targets and quality standards.
