Engineering Technologist

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The City of Maple Ridge is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Technologist to join our dynamic project management team. In this role, you will manage a wide range of municipal infrastructure projects, including roads and bridges, storm and sanitary sewers, waterworks, and civic facilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a registered technologist or recently graduated engineer to apply expertise to a variety of projects, provide guidance to internal teams, and liaise with developers, contractors, and the public.

In This Role You Will:
Plan, schedule, and administer municipal capital projects and programs, including cost estimates, budgets, and technical reports.
Prepare, review, and approve designs, drawings, and plans for municipal infrastructure, ensuring compliance with standards and bylaws.
