Engineering Technologist

As anEngineering Technologist , you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Irving Shipbuilding’s infrastructure. Supporting the Manager, Facilities Capital, you’ll help drive the design and engineering efforts behind the Shipyard’s Master Plan by developing and evolving a dynamic 5-year sustaining capital program.

This role is focused on long-term infrastructure growth across ISI sites, ensuring our facilities are equipped to meet production demands and strategic goals. You’ll continuously refine the capital plan based on changing requirements in production, safety, security, and reinvestment—helping to sustain critical assets and optimize shipbuilding operations.
