Engineering Technician

Overview

• To monitor and maintain utility services plant to the Lowestoft site and ensure all systems are available at the required time & quality to meet production plans & requirements. These consist primarily of:
  • Industrial ammonia refrigeration plant
  • Water treatment systems for prevention of Legionella including chlorine dioxide
  • Steam & hot water boilers, softeners and associated chemical treatment plant
  • Reverse Osmosis plant
  • Combined Heat & Power (CHP) plant
  • Trade Effluent plant
  • Compressed air systems
  • Heating & Ventilation systems
  • Site electrical distribution & lighting
• To provide technical support and assistance to the production departments in all aspects of the above utility services.

Provide support to the manufacturing units for planned maintenance and fault finding when required
