Engineering Technician – The Beardwood Hospital

37.5 hours per week, permanent position.

Salary: Up to £39,000.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the prompt completion of all work orders for planned maintenance, reactive response, specialist sub‑contract work orders and remedial work orders.
• Provide routine and specialised engineering maintenance and breakdown support to the hospital site.
• Deliver competent technical, health, safety and environmental support and assistance as required and act as an exemplar of company policies and procedures.
• Provide training, mentoring and hands‑on assistance to additional site‑based technicians or engineering assistants.
• Offer engineering support and advice to local hospital managers as required.
