This position works out of our Plymouth, MN location in the Electrophysiology(EP) division.

In Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) business, we’re advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.

Job Summary

The Engineering Technician I delivers hands‑on, on‑the‑job training within assembly and production environments. This role supports employee certification, process compliance, and continuous improvement while fostering strong job relations and peer engagement on the shop floor.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver and assess training for multiple manufacturing processes (e.g., manual assembly, inspection, soldering, microscope‑assisted assembly, automated systems).
