SUMMARY OF ROLE

A technical writer role to support engineers who will translates complex, specialized information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand documentation for specific audiences. They create materials like user manuals, how-to guides, API documentation, and SOPs, working closely with subject matter experts to facilitate product usability. .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating Documentation: Developing machine manuals, FAQs, white papers, and instructional materials and updating existing machine manual.
  • Liaise with ODM engineers to ensure that information in the machine manuals are correct.
  • Simplifying Concepts: Translating technical jargon into accessible, user-friendly language.
  • Audience Analysis: Understanding who will use the document to tailor the content effectively.
  • Using Tools: Utilizing software for content creation, such as CAD, or spec
