We are partnering with a UK based MNC company that specialises in automotive fasteners manufacturing to strengthen their engineering team. As part of their operational growth, they are seeking an
Engineering Technical Executive
to support production processes, tooling optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within a precision metal forming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support machine setup, tooling (dies, punches), and production parameter optimization for fastener manufacturing.
• Assist in trial runs, process validation, Cp/Cpk studies, and initial sample testing to ensure process capability.
• Troubleshoot tooling and process issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and scrap.
• Coordinate with Tool Room on tooling wear, regrinding schedules, and performance optimization.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation including SOPs, Control Plans, Process Sheets, and PPAP...
