Wrexham | 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights) | £53,000 - £54,000
Experienced or aspiring team leader required for maintenance at a family run manufacturer at their Wrexham site, offering competitive salary, additional training and outstanding job security. You will be joining a diverse team of engineers from various sectors and become a valued member of the engineering team.
The Role
- Day to day lead and point of contact for all maintenance issues on behalf of the Engineering Manager
- Hands‑on approach to ensure maximum efficiency during shift
- Technical leadership, advice and support for all engineering levels on site
The Candidate
Essential
- Industry recognised engineering qualification
- Experience within electrical or multiskilled electrical bias
- Proven track record of achieving improvements
- Strong influencing skills
