Description Overview
In this role you will provide an engineering support service to the Manufacturing and Packaging departments through effective supervision of a Production Engineering team.
You will ensure that production machinery is fit for purpose and performing at the required standard to deliver the production plan.
Scope of the Role
Ensure that engineering parts, materials and consumables inventory is maintained.Source and procures the aforementioned items as required.Set direction to the production support engineering team. Sets both long- and short-term priorities, allocates resource and ensures continuity through effective handovers.Liaise with external departments to understand customer requirements and establish priorities.
