Engineering Team Lead

The Engineering Lead / Architect is responsible for defining and governing the end‑to‑end solution architecture for the migration of Atlassian Jira and Confluence from Data Center (DC) to Atlassian Cloud . This includes designing the near real-time data replica , abstraction API , integration patterns , and the technical migration blueprint .

The role acts as the technical lead across all phases of the migration lifecycle — Discovery, Cleansing, Standardisation, Target-State Design, Pilot Migration, UAT, Production Cutover, Validation, Reconciliation, Hypercare, and BAU Handover . The Architect ensures the entire solution is robust, scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards .
