About the Role

This is a hands‑on Engineering Team Lead role, ideal for a senior backend engineer with strong data experience who enjoys leading people while remaining deeply technical. You will lead a new team of approximately 4–5 engineers, setting direction and standards while actively contributing to the codebase.
