The Engineering Support Supervisor acts as the strategic leader and primary governance arm for the Engineering and Technical Services (ETSV) Department Head. Directing a team of Support Engineers, the primary mission is to ensure the seamless integration of Systems Engineering and Reliability and Performance functions across Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems, I&C/DCS Systems, and Reliability and Performance Management. A critical component of this role is providing high-level oversight and strategic direction in the meticulous tracking and management of Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operational Expenditure (OPEX).
