Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Supervise day to day onsite roofing activities including installation ,repair, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with blueprints technical specifications and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Supervision: Lead and coordinate roofing installer on site to ensure jobs are completed on time and within the budget.
Technical Quality Control: Inspect completed roofing work for quality, compliance with manufacturer instructions and local building codes
Project Planning: Plan and schedule work sequences in coordination with production teams sales coordinator, installer and suppliers.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols including OSHA (The Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards, fall protection and proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Resource Management: Manage inventory of materials, consumables and roofing equipment, coordinate deliveries fro...
