Responsibilities

• Review all technical documentation (e.g., ECNs, SOPs, liaison letters) to verify accuracy and feasibility, ensuring that change details, material handling, and process requirements are clear and unambiguous.
• Provide guidance to department engineers on resolving production abnormalities, optimizing processes, implementing efficiency improvements, and controlling costs.
• Conduct daily line inspections to monitor production quality, process execution, and the operational status of PIE, resolving key technical issues on-site.
• Lead the analysis of major production/quality abnormalities; evaluate and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to standardize processes and prevent recurrence.
