Department: Product Lifecycle Management

Position: Procurement Analyst

Reports to: EARC – Team Leader

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree with relevant 5 Years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (SCM) OR Master with 3+ years relevant experience in Procurement with German Language B1 / B2

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support Inhouse System to create Procurement Request (PR)

    Define & Create the Purchase Requisition (BANF) for development projects / Capital Expenditure at RRS, Friedrichshafen, Germany.

    Create reports out of business systems like SAP, Nintex* (MS Office based inhouse tool) System and others for tracking of the procurement status of committed Products & Services.

    Optimize the reporting process by defining / modifying the data extraction process from Excel, SAP. In addition, all required Project related data would be collected and proces...
