Engineering Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in hiring for engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for engineering positions.
• Understand technical job requirements and source suitable candidates.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels effectively.
• Manage offer negotiation and onboarding process.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in engineering recruitment.
• Strong understanding of engineering roles and technical terminology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
