Engineering Project Manager

As a part of the Architectural Interiors Product Development Team, the Project Manager guides cross-functional teams (Sales, Industrial Design, Design Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing etc.) through the conceptualization, design and manufacturing of new custom products. The successful Project Manager exhibits a balance of excellent organizational skills, with refined interpersonal communication skills. The Project Manager manages through relationships and influence; and communicates well at all levels.
Key Qualifications:
Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and able to multitask while working with minimum supervision
Successful track record in new product development and introduction to the market as well as leading existing product improvement activities to implementation
Demonstrates strong leadership skills and perseverance
