Engineering & Project Manager

General responsibility for New Product, Manufacturing, equipment, process-engineering, Projects management support to GNR company. The responsibility of the position shall also cover the same for the related affiliates of GN Resound in global, which can refer to the company organization chart.

Main Responsibilities and Authority

• Function as the engineering leader of the plant and assume responsibility in global operation serving in a problem solving/team leading role. Understand the P/L impact on the business that result from overall engineering performance.
• Implement engineering operating budget and plan.
• Be a key contributor to the factory management staff; involvement in other functional areas is a must. Capitalizing on improvement opportunities outside of engineering is an important factor to improve the future of the business.
