Engineering Project Manager (Bilingual)

Reporting to the Director of Development, the Engineering Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and technical oversight of real estate development projects from the design phase through completion.

The successful candidate acts as a key liaison between internal teams, external professionals, and regulatory authorities to ensure project quality, compliance, and overall performance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering components related to real estate developments (infrastructure, civil engineering, environmental, geotechnical, depending on the project).
• Contribute to defining technical requirements and assist in developing budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
