IOM - UN Migration is seeking a National Project Officer (Engineer) to support shelter and infrastructure components in Legazpi, with emphasis on disaster response and coordination with partners. The role requires a civil/structural engineering background and hands-on field work in humanitarian settings.

You'll coordinate workplans, budgets, and procurement, while guiding partners and contractors on BBBS construction guidelines and safeguarding Do No Harm principles.
