Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and summarize platform program updates to management team on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate program common procedure sharing and optimization discussions with platform PMs and related functions.
  • Provide support to R&D lead on administration staffs, such as program information summary, meeting schedule, visit receptions, business trip booking etc.
  • Support program managers to follow up program execution actions and summarize updates.
  • Support program managers on material preparation tracking and program related documents release.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science or Engineering is preferred.
  • Min 10 years' solid project management experience.
  • With working experience in optical industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent English and communication skills.
