PURPOSE

The Engineering Pod Leader is both a Systems Engineer and a people leader. Beyond technical responsibilities, they create clarity, drive accountability, and ensure EOS rhythms are consistently followed.

They support, coach, and grow their team through structured One-on-Ones, Quarterly Conversations, and professional development, ensuring the right people are in the right seats, and the Pod consistently delivers results aligned to business priorities.
