A Civil Engineer, estimator or project engineer , licensed or not, with well rounded experience in the construction industry, can implement construction works based on keen understanding of plans, drawing, specification and related procedures.

Actual ability to handle workers & supervise construction works, willing to be assigned & stay at project sites ( provincial or metro manila, depending on available project location).

Must have actual & considerable experience exposure in project sites or completed projects such as house construction, commercial building, site development, civil works & MEPPS.

Reliable and can do & willing to do, multitasking, such as site supervision and doing some calculations- or preparation of Bid documents-estimating works for other projects, and also doing CAD drawings related to the company projects.
