Make an Impact by

DC Centralized Network Operations Management

  • Ensure incidents are responded and attended to, or escalated for 2nd/3rd level resolution based on criticality, impact, and SLA

  • Customer Request fulfilment and system management such as Electronic Visitation Management System

  • Perform benchmarking on the system performance between all DCs and present to management.

  • Based on system data collected, perform system performance matrix and translate to individual DC for efficient ...
