Overview

The Improvement Engineer is a development role for recent graduates of a recognised engineering program. Successful candidates will engage in projects that positively impact the efficiency and sustainability of various business areas. The role is based primarily in the Technical Services, Engineering, Maintenance or Production departments but may rotate. The position is entry‑level and is designed to develop skills in teamwork, leading teams, lean manufacturing tools and union relations, with future opportunities in operations leadership, reliability, planning, maintenance, etc. ...
