Engineering Manufacturing Manager

Location: Laem Chabang, Chonburi, Thailand

Position Summary

Our client, a leading global electronics manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced

Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing engineering activities supporting new product

introduction (NPI), manufacturing readiness, process optimization and operational excellence within a

high-volume manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for manufacturing

process development, engineering systems, equipment strategy, yield improvement and customer technical

support while working closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and global customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Manufacturing Engineering activities supporting NPI through mass production.
