Engineering Manager(PLSQL, Python, AWS)

Essential Skills and Experience

• 7+ years of experience in data or software engineering, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role

• Demonstrated success in leading teams to deliver business-critical projects on time and within scope

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in communicating timelines, trade-offs, and decisions across technical and non-technical audiences

• Proven ability to prioritize competing demands, manage dependencies, and drive alignment across multiple teams

• Excellent people leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring, developing, and motivating engineers

• Experience improving delivery processes and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery practices
