The company has built a platform that helps engineering teams identify and reproduce complex software failures before they reach production.
The ideal candidate has experience leading software engineering teams in fast-paced environments and a strong background in distributed systems, infrastructure, developer tooling, or large-scale backend platforms. Experience with C++, Rust, Go, Java, or Python is highly relevant, along with a proven track record of building high-performing engineering teams.
