Molex Guadalajara (DSS division) is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team, guiding projects from concept to execution and ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

You will collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality and Supply Chain, drive NPI/PLUS, capex/opex optimization, and develop talent through Lean/Six Sigma, with a strong emphasis on semiconductor environments and English proficiency.
