About the team and Role

The Customer Care & Concierge Engineering team builds the products and platforms that support Robinhood’s most engaged customers. This team develops a suite of tools and services—including dedicated support experiences, tax workflows, and estate planning capabilities—designed to help customers manage significant portions of their financial lives with confidence. The work spans customer-facing features and the internal systems that power high-quality service delivery.
