A Day in the Life The Engineering Manager - Systems demonstrates leadership in development of our new neurostimulator system solutions and development of system design engineers. The employee acts as an influential functional manager working within a matrix organization to design and develop novel system features and full system solutions that reach across all NMPH therapies. This individual will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, translation of research to product development and knowledge of best practices to guide his/her team on issues related to the design, design characterization and verification testing, operations support and product release.
