Job Description – Engineering Manager
Minium Experience: - 10years

Technical Skills Required
Mandatory
- 10+ years of experience in systems/software development, with at least 4+ years leading engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on expertise in C++ (preferably modern C++11/14/17) for systems-level development.
- Solid experience working on Linux-based high-performance servers or gateways.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with:
- Networking internals (TCP/IP, sockets, epoll, load handling)
- HTTPS, TLS/SSL, mutual TLS (mTLS)
- DTLS, certificate handling, key exchange mechanisms
- Reverse proxying concepts; experience integrating or customizing Nginx.
- Strong understanding of HTTP protocols, including:
- HTTP/1.1
- HTTP/2
- Experience or exposure to next-gen protocols like , QUIC preferred.
