As a Software Engineering Manager in the ECS team, role will be actively engaged in the planning, design, and development of key initiatives within our D2C organization. An ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer who has expertise in building full-stack cloud-native enterprise applications, and is comfortable splitting their time with 50% going towards developing software, and 50% focused on leading a high-performing engineering team.
Responsibilities in this role include:
- Guide the development of highly scalable and reliable technical solutions built for quality and performance
- . Contribute hands-on in the development of microservices in our AWS cloud-based architecture, as well as web app development in our micro-frontend architecture
- Coach, support, and inspire software engineers on the team, with a strong focus on feedback and growth
