Description
We are looking for an
Engineering Manager
to lead, mentor, and scale our engineering teams while ensuring we maintain our high standards of technical excellence and delivery.

In this role, you will be the bridge between technical strategy and team execution. You won't just manage people; you will actively shape our engineering culture, guide architectural decisions, and ensure our engineers have the environment they need to do their best work. You will serve as a sounding board for technical leads, a career advocate for your direct reports, and a strategic partner to our clients and product managers.

We are looking for a highly empathetic, technically grounded leader who has transitioned from a senior individual contributor role to management and understands what it takes to ship complex software and hardware-integrated systems in an agile, fast-moving studio.
