Engineering Manager

Execute the CapEx and Mid-term Capital Expenditure Plans. Assign responsibilities, create timelines and schedule for major projects; monitor project progress and ensure timelines and budgets are met. Manage the process and automation engineering departments. Assign engineers to manage outside contractor work for CapEx projects. Assist and support in the development of new processes and equipment, and documentation of maintenance procedures for the equipment. Understand the technical details of companys processes and communicate with employees in cross-functional departments. Propose projects that promote opportunities to improve the accuracy and reliability of existing equipment. Collaborate with the Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality and Product Engineering departments on scrap improvement projects aimed at meeting company targets.
