Role Purpose:
We are looking for Engineering Manager QA and SRE.
Automation Excellence (Must Have)
- Drive an Automation-First Quality Engineering strategy with >90% automation coverage across critical business journeys.
- Design and govern scalable test automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, API, Microservices, Performance, and Integration testing.
- Lead adoption of modern automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Rest Assured, Karate, JMeter, and k6 .
- Integrate automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster releases.
- Define and track automation KPIs including automation coverage, execution efficiency, defect leakage, and release readiness.
- Leverage AI-powered testing, self-healing automation, predictive quality analytics, and intelligent test selection
