Engineering Manager (Python, React & AWS)

Our client, an AI-powered financial technology company, is looking for an Engineering Manager . The company automates data extraction and financial modeling for investment professionals. They deliver accurate, auditable data and modern workflows to help analysts spend less time on rote work and more time on insight.

Responsibilities :

• Set a high technical bar, push senior and staff engineers to think more clearly about design and impact, and coach them through complex architectural decisions.
• Take ownership of decisions, communicate rationale clearly, and ensure the team delivers measurable improvements over time
• Own delivery for a set of product areas across our web app, Excel plugin, data extraction pipelines, and AI/LLM-enabled modeling features.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data Science/ML, and GTM to define roadmaps, break down work, and ship iteratively with clear success metrics.
