You will combine deep technical expertise and software architecture with proven leadership skills—mentoring engineers, refining processes with innovation, ensuring we deliver high-impact, production-ready solutions on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Technical Strategy & Architecture:
• Define and transform the technical vision for our foundation model platform in alignment with business goals.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, contribute to high-level architecture and design decisions.
• Oversee system design, ensuring scalability, reliability, and reusability of core components.
• Drive adoption of best practices in coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD, and technical debt management.
