Role Overview
As the Engineering Manager – Order Management System (OMS), you will lead the design, development, and evolution of a large-scale, distributed eCommerce platform that processes high transaction volumes and complex integrations. You'll guide a full-stack engineering team, ensure system scalability and resilience, and foster a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and collaboration.

- Own the full product lifecycle — from conceptualization, architecture, and design to implementation, deployment, and maintenance of OMS and its integrations.
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ engineers, driving delivery excellence and technical growth across backend and frontend development streams.
