Job Description – Engineering Manager
Minium Experience: - 10years
Job Location: - Pune
Technical Skills Required
Mandatory
10+ years of experience in systems/software development, with at least 4+ years leading engineering teams .
Strong hands-on expertise in C++ (preferably modern C++11/14/17) for systems-level development.
Solid experience working on Linux-based high-performance servers or gateways .
Deep understanding and practical experience with:
Networking internals (TCP/IP, sockets, epoll, load handling)
HTTPS, TLS/SSL , mutual TLS (mTLS)
DTLS , certificate handling, key exchange mechanisms
Reverse proxying concepts; experience integrating or customizing Nginx .
Strong understanding of HTTP protocols , including:
HTTP/1.1
HTTP/2
Experience or exposure to next-gen protocols like , QUIC preferred.
Experience building systems that handle large numbers of concurrent connections , optimizing performance, and reducing laten...
