Job Description We are currently seeking an Engineering Manager to join our team at Featherstone on a 6 month fixed term basis. You will manage, develop and lead the site engineering team to effectively deliver an operationally excellent factory in line with the business requirements. You must be driven, have a can-do attitude and a willingness to mentor, grow and develop the members of your team.
